Ever since reading the Sherlock Holmes stories as a child, Colin has been obsessed with creating his own techniques for essentially reading people. Having trained as a Forensic Scientist and specialised in Criminal Profiling, he has taken all of his psychological skills and background hypnosis to design a truly unique entertainment genre.
As the first ever Mentalist to appear in ITV’s ‘Britian’s Got Talent’ and in front of the notoriously hard to please Simon Cowell, Colin say’s long before he stepped on to the stage he instinctively knew he was going to get four yeses ... Either that or he influenced them to say it! Performing as part of comedy festivals, as a keynote speaker for global organisations or at intimate private parties, Colin has honed his skills ensuring he is the perfect addition to helping make your event a complete and memorable success.

Words said with confidence as Colin McLeod took a captivated audience through his spectacular show, ‘It’s All in the Mind’ at the Camera Obscura tonight. With a venue entirely fitting for this particular spectacle, the audience recoiled a little as Colin’s use of the word ‘mentalist’ has negative associations with those of us not particularly versed in the workings of the human mind.

Colin understands the importance of getting it right. Having performed in a variety of venues from Theatres to Comedy Clubs, Colin will approach your event with the perfect attitude.
Colin’s stage show ensures that everyone who wants to be involved gets involved! It’s incredibly visual and through a mixture of psychology, suggestion and humour, Colin will share with your guests the closest thing to real mind reading they will ever see.
As with all of Colin’s performances, this show is tailored to suit your needs. It has already been performed for groups of 30 up to groups in the 1,000s. The length of the performance is also flexible ranging anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on your exact requirements.
What happens in the show? Well obviously we don’t want to give too much away as it’s important you have the same opportunity to enjoy the show as much as everyone else! Needless to say minds will be read and people will be left gasping!
When there isn’t the time or space for Colin’s award winning stage show, relax! Colin is also available to mix and mingle with your guests either at their tables or throughout the event. It’s the perfect icebreaker to help everyone relax, get laughing and start chatting!
Having performed for numerous celebrities including Jonathan Ross, Zach Galifinakis and childhood heroes the Singing Kettle, Colin understands the importance of everyone having fun. He’ll immediately be able to work out every group he interacts with and ensure he performs the perfect set for that specific group dynamic.
As well as performing his critically acclaimed stage shows, Colin is a rising star in the speaking world. Having already trained companies including Santander, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Gas, General Electric, KPMG, Reids Reins, Scotmid, MGT, Marks and Spencers, Colin mixes his own skills with the real science of the human mind andwith how we think and work at our best.
